Indexable Coolant Drill Series
KRUZ-FSL Drill
The Yestool FSL Drill Body is designed with a flange to increase stability therefore reducing chatter & Vibration. This increases insert life dramatically.
The body is made of premium tool steel, heat treated, ground and tin coated for lubricity.
KRUZ-FH Drill
The Yestool KRUZ-FH has a higher helix flute to reduce machine load and faster chip ejection, it also has rugged flange type body to decrease vibration or chattering, Interchangeable IDPH, IDFH, IDH carbide “H” drill inserts and the drill body consists of premium tool steel with heat treatment to ensure increased tool life by less vibration
Drilling & Milling Tool – DMH
This Yestool is a drilling, milling and chamfering tool, all in one. This interchangeable carbide drillmill is specially designed and made with carbide with a TiAlN coating. It comes equipped with a rigid heat-treated tool steel holder with a side locking system.
Solid Carbide Series
Solid Carbide “Speedy” Reamer
This tool contains a 15° right helix spiral, 20° chamfer(standard) for high speed reaming. It has standard H7 tolerance, special point & tolerance or corner radius available on demand. It is TiN & TiAlN coated.
Solid Carbide “F” “P” Point drills
This tool’s new premium dual point design (130° center+150° side edges) enables deep hole drilling, minimized vibration, higher penetration and faster chip evacuation rate
Research and Development
The research and development team at Yestool are always working, developing and researching new products, including special tools you require, by a computer aided design (CAD) and a computer aided machining (CAM).
